CastBridge

Terms of Service

Effective September 7, 2026 · terms-2026-09-07

By using CastBridge, you agree to use the service lawfully and to follow the rules of Clubhouse, Google, YouTube, Telegram, and any other destination you connect.

Authorized use

You may submit only rooms and media for which you are the creator, moderator, rights holder, or otherwise authorized to rebroadcast and record. Before each Clubhouse broadcast you must confirm: “I confirm that I am the room creator or have authorization to rebroadcast and record this room, and that my use complies with the CastBridge Terms and applicable law.” You are responsible for permissions, notices, and applicable law.

Compatible rooms and destinations

CastBridge supports authorized Clubhouse rooms with compatible web listening. Compatibility is checked before YouTube starts. CastBridge does not guarantee that every Clubhouse URL, private room, restricted room, member-only room, or authenticated-only experience will work.

Your accounts and content

You are responsible for your Google/YouTube account, connected destinations, submitted links, titles, and content. You must not use CastBridge for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized broadcasts.

CastBridge may create, start, stop, complete, or delete YouTube broadcasts only as needed for the workflow you request. You remain responsible for your YouTube channel settings, visibility choices, live-streaming eligibility, copyright obligations, chat/moderation settings, and any account restrictions imposed by Google or YouTube.

Recordings and Telegram delivery

If you enable Telegram replay delivery, CastBridge may record the stream, send recording data to Netreex for processing, and deliver resulting files to the Telegram destination you selected. You remain responsible for recording notices, participant permissions, and the legality of retaining or redistributing the recording.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use CastBridge to bypass Clubhouse authentication, access controls, private or restricted-room limits, security controls, copyright restrictions, platform rules, or legal restrictions. You must not impersonate others, submit abusive content, or use the service for unlawful surveillance or unauthorized recording.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions and billing records are processed through Stripe. Plan limits, included Live hours, replay allowances, and billing periods are shown in the CastBridge billing interface. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund past charges. Refund requests are reviewed through support.

Availability and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security reasons, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. Features may change as third-party platforms change their APIs or policies.

Intellectual property and liability

You retain responsibility for the rights in your content. CastBridge and its service components remain the property of their respective owners. To the extent permitted by law, CastBridge is provided without a guarantee that every third-party workflow will remain available, and CastBridge is not liable for third-party outages, account restrictions, or unauthorized content submitted by a user.

Privacy and changes

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. We may update these Terms as CastBridge changes; the active version is shown on this page and recorded with stream authorization confirmations where applicable.

Governing law

The final governing-law and jurisdiction wording depends on the operating business identity and should be confirmed before public launch. Until that is finalized, disputes should be raised first through CastBridge support so they can be investigated and handled in good faith.
