Support categories

Use support for login or access issues, YouTube connection problems, billing questions, room compatibility, Telegram delivery, takedown or rights concerns, privacy/deletion requests, and security reports.

Helpful details

For live-stream or replay issues, include your workspace name, broadcast title, YouTube broadcast ID or URL if available, Clubhouse room URL, approximate time, and whether Telegram delivery was enabled. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, stream keys, API keys, or private credentials.

Security reports

For suspected account compromise, cross-workspace exposure, leaked credentials, abuse, or vulnerability reports, start your message with “Security report” and include the smallest non-secret reproduction details possible.

Account and privacy

For account deletion, privacy, billing, authorization, or takedown questions, use the same Telegram support contact and include enough non-secret detail to identify the request.
