Acceptable Use Policy

Effective September 7, 2026 · aligned with terms-2026-09-07

CastBridge is for authorized rebroadcasting of compatible Clubhouse rooms to destinations the user controls, including the user’s own YouTube channel.

Required authorization

You must own the room or content, be the moderator or rights holder, or have clear permission to rebroadcast and record it. You are responsible for notices, consents, and compliance with Clubhouse, YouTube, Telegram, and applicable law.

Compatibility limits

CastBridge supports authorized Clubhouse rooms with compatible web listening. Compatibility is checked before YouTube starts. Do not use CastBridge to bypass Clubhouse login requirements, private-room limits, member-only restrictions, geographic restrictions, paywalls, blocks, or security controls.

Prohibited activity

You must not submit infringing, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, impersonating, exploitative, or unauthorized content. You must not use CastBridge for surveillance, credential abuse, phishing, malware, fraud, platform manipulation, spam, resale or shared-account abuse, attempts to defeat quotas, or attempts to compromise CastBridge, its tenants, its users, or its providers.

Enforcement

CastBridge may reject a room, stop an active stream, warn a user, suspend access, terminate an account, remove destinations, or retain limited audit records when needed to investigate safety, legal, security, or policy concerns.
